What is Yoga ?

Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit.
YOGA in broad terms is a way of life and not just physical exercises...It is a family of ancient spiritual practices dating back more than 5000 years from India. It is one of the six schools of Hindu philosophy. In India, Yoga is seen as a means to both physiological and spiritual mastery. Outside India, Yoga has become primarily associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga (see Yoga as exercise).

  • 16:00-16:30 - Evening Tea/Fresh Juice

  • 16:30-18:00 - Evening Asana (Hatha/Yin)
